Hoppenworth and Ploch

Hoppenworth and Ploch opened their latest bakery next to their café in Frankfurt's old town. Aim was to make the most out of the limited space available through a simple layout that puts their baked goods and natural wines front and center. The bakery features a minimalist design enriched with warm, high-quality materials and vibrant accents, creating a welcoming and contemporary feel. Behind the design is the team at Gerdesmeyer Krohn who collaborated with us to develop a custom tile combination for the counter, complemented by a stainless steel work surface that features an integrated glass and refrigerated display case.
