Café Shin

Located in Paris’ 10th arrondissement, Café Shin introduces the French capital to Seoul’s vibrant café culture. Our friends and frequent collaborators at Uchronia designed a space that harmonizes traditional Korean elements and modern design.

The café features a mix of hammered metal, light wood, and walls lined with Japanese Washi paper, highlighting meticulous craftsmanship. At the rear of the café, a jjimjilbang (a traditional South Korean bathhouse) inspired room adds a unique touch. Our custom tiles unify the design, from subtle details to expansive surfaces and whether you’re inside or outside.
